📦 Processing Time

  • All products are made-to-order

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–7 business days after payment.

  • You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

🚨 Order Issues

  • If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, contact us at emrorrimapparel@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

  • We’ll investigate with Printify and the carrier, and keep you updated throughout the resolution process.

📍 Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, military addresses (APO/FPO), or countries currently restricted by Printify’s network.

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.

🔁 Returns & Exchanges

  • Because each item is custom-printed, we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse or sizing issues.

  • If your item arrives defective or incorrect, please email emrorrimapparel@gmail.com with photos within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right.
